Our customer, with approximatively 6.000 collaborators, having recently merged, wished to identify the dysfunctions of its HR organization and tools, to realize a benchmark regarding its good practises and to build its action plan on the 3 coming years, in order to significantly improve its way of working. In the context of a whole firm project, the improvement axis had to guarantee higher quality, security and productivity.
