Our client wished to improve the reliability of its HR data collection process in order to provide the steering comitee and the HR directors of the countries a reporting tool allowing them to :
- share common indicators and repositories for a relevant benchmark,
- reduce the time dedicated to the production of the international performance review
- develop management tasks with more reliable analysis : comparisons, simulations, and correction plans according to their HR politics.
