Management of a 360° web solution
Our client, existing in 56 countries and with more than 128 300 collaborators, entrust us the management of its 360° tool. The objectives were: to facilitate the administrators network among each entities of the Group, to train new users, to manage specific requests, to manage the tool evolutions, to write the business case in order to re-build / change the tool.
- Our realizations
- Train entities not involve yet in the group 360 process;
- Ensure support and follow up of the entities involved for the ongoing campaigns;
- Implement new languages in the tool (Russian and Magyar);
- Analyze the evolutions requests from the entities (requests for dynamics reports);
- Write recommendations and a business case to re build the tool or to change it in order to ensure its durability.
