Our team

The ConvictionsRH partners all have professional backgrounds in large consultancy companies where they performed operational roles in a commercial environment. Their combined experience in advising on organizational issues and managing large projects has meant that a practical and results-orientated approach to customer problems has been developed. Although involved in developing company activities, the partners also remain resolutely focused on the operational side of the business. As the partners are directly involved in consultancy projects, they are also instrumental in ensuring that all projects are performed correctly and that price commitments are respected.

a Jean-Marc FROMENT

Before co-founding ConvictionsRH, Jean-Marc was a consultant in the Human Resources sector for several years, first of all, in French and English-speaking consultancies where he worked as a consultant, then manager and then as an independent consultant. During his career, Jean-Marc has managed and coordinated the roll-out of numerous HR solution implementation projects in a wide range of sectors of activity. He is also recognized as an expert on PeopleSoft HR.

a Matthieu LAUDEREAU

After having spent several years in operational roles in the international supermarket sector, Matthieu, interested in developing his career in consultancy, became involved in the creation of ConvictionsRH. Highly-skilled in the implementation of national and international HRIS, Matthieu has successfully managed several organizational and HRIS projects for major customers which involved implementation of new career management processes, optimization of the recruitment and support applicative solution processes, creation and development of collaborative platforms and the implementation of company and intranet self-assessment portals. These projects have enabled him to develop a highly specialized knowledge of HR.

a Thomas ESTADIEU

Co-founder of ConvictionsRH, Thomas has worked in Human Resources consulting for 10 years. He works with the large organizations in both the private and public sectors assisting them in making changes to their Human Resources operations and implementing their HRIS, which involves re-organizing the HR processes, managing HRIS projects and change management.

a Eudes LE GARS

Starting out as a consultant in a recruitment consultancy, Eudes became a manager and then director of a profit center. Over a period of five years, he gained managerial experience in recruitment processes and operational experience in coordinating and coaching a team. In 2001, he founded CVdunet, a recruitment company, specializing in online recruitment, of which he is still an associate director. Also a founding partner of ConvictionsHR, he is involved in specialized projects in the recruitment sector.

a Jean-Pierre BEYLAT

Partner of ConvictionsRH, Jean-Pierre has worked for more than 12 years in Human Resources consulting, in organization and in change management. Jean-Pierre worked on many projets with both national and international scopes. These various experiences enabled hom to work on various business areas (bank/insurance, services, industry, public sector) on Human Resources projects as well as global transformation projects where he was in charge of HR business and change management.
