ConvictionsRH is a Human Resources consultancy offering specialist expertise in supporting HR function development. Its services range from organisational consultancy to project management, HRIS implementation and HR decision-support systems. Our approach focuses very closely on the human dimension of HR and is designed to breathe new life into this discipline. With around thirty employees and an involvement in major projects for France’s leading (CAC 40-listed) companies, our business is growing continually and is actively seeking Senior Consultants and Managers.

Working closely with the Partners, you will take responsibility for HR and HRIS projects. You will be able to rely on all the human logistics required to meet the needs and plans of our customers:

• Managing the projects allocated to you (Project Owner Support, change management, decision support, etc.)
• Consultant management and coaching
• Identifying sources of opportunity and positioning our services
• Bidding for contracts

Skills required

Education

• Postgraduate qualification from a Business School, Engineering Graduate School, University or other advanced level degree

Experience

• At least 5 years’ consultancy experience in HR organisation, change management support or project owner support for HR/HRIS projects
• Good spoken English language skills will be a major benefit
